Orders

I make all of the jewellery by hand and make each piece to order, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery although this is very often sooner. Please enjoy the fact that each piece is unique and will have slight variations from the picture and do ask if you have any specific requests e.g. Item size, chain length etc.

If you need an item urgently please contact me before placing your order and I will do my very best to help!

I offer gift vouchers and for any last minute panics it can be emailed to you for you to print out.

You can also buy or order through my outlets or various special exhibitions, so let me know where you are and I will direct you to the nearest.

Returns

Whilst I am positive that you will be happy with your order, jewellery can be returned or exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase and providing the item has not been worn and the item and jewellery box is in perfect condition. Commissions and personalised orders are non returnable and are excluded from my returns policy. All returns must be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For reasons of hygiene, earrings for pierced ears are absolutely non returnable.

If there is a clear manufacturing fault in your piece of jewellery on my behalf which occurred within a month from the date of purchase, I will repair it free of charge. However there will be a charge depending on the work required outside this time frame, or if your jewellery shows obvious signs of wear and tear.

I reserve the right to alter prices and products listed on my website without any notice and at my discretion. I also reserve the right to cancel any sale. In the unlikely event that your order is cancelled a full refund will be made. 

DELIVERY

I post orders using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.  This service is insured, trackable and guaranteed for next day delivery before 1pm (Monday – Friday). £6 per order and includes lovely jewellery box.

If you need to know the exact date of delivery, please get in touch and I will let you know when your jewellery is on its way. The Special Delivery service requires a signature on receipt so please ensure that you provide me with a suitable postal address to save you a trip to the sorting office! 

For overseas customers please contact me for postage and packaging charges.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any sales tax or duties on orders outside the U.K.
